Mentoring and Coaching Programme

Mentoring and Coaching Programme

We are pleased to announce the launch of the TSW mentoring and coaching programme.  Our aim is to connect women across the Third Sector who are either seeking support or who feel they have experience and expertise to offer and help aspiring female colleagues.  The programme will operate with an associate group of coaches/mentors who feel they have something to offer other women in the sector who are seeking professional development. TSW will promote the programme, manage all quality assurance aspects and provide a matching service.

What happens next?

If you are interested in providing mentoring or coaching support, please get in touch with me. We have developed the following process which we hope is simple but effective.

Step 1

• A short CV and photograph.

• Expression of interest:  what you have to offer and how you would like to be involved.

o Skills and experience outline.
o A description of your mentoring/coaching style or model.
o Accreditation/qualification literature, if relevant.
o Details of two referees who can comment on your mentoring/coaching style.

• Preferred contact details.

We want to keep the programme fairly paper-light but we hope you appreciate the initial need to establish a few common approaches and standards.

Step 2

A telephone session to clarify anything following the paper submission, as well as an opportunity to agree how the programme will work.

Step 3

We will provide you with our Associate contract agreeing the mentoring/coaching support you have agreed to provide and payment details, if relevant.

Step 4
